CaringKind is proud to offer a variety of education and professional development seminars tailored to meet the needs of individuals, families, communities and professionals impacted by Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Pam develops education programs to impart knowledge, share best practices, build confidence and inspire growth in families and staff alike. She brings over 15 years of experience working with older adults in residential, non-profit and tele-health settings, with specialties in dementia care, advance care planning, and end-of-life care. She has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals living with dementia and their families, and a passion for compassionate, client-centered care. She has also personally experienced the role of care partner, supporting members of her family and community living with dementia. Pam is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist with a Master’s in Drama Therapy from NYU. She believes in the power of creative expression and loves to empower others to share their stories. Outside of work, Pam loves to learn, and takes pottery classes as a creative outlet.
