Vicky Picca is a seasoned executive with nearly three decades of experience at the intersection of sports, media, commerce, and law. She currently serves as President of Off Season, the high-growth sports-fashion brand co-founded by Emma Grede and Kristin Juszczyk, where she leads business operations, brand strategy, global licensing, and growth initiatives. Under her leadership, Off Season has secured league partnerships with the NFL, NBA, MLB, WNBA and F1 within its first year, establishing the brand as a defining force in the rapidly expanding women’s sports merchandise market.

Prior to Off Season, Vicky spent nearly eleven years as Senior Vice President of Business Affairs at Fanatics, the world’s leading licensed sports merchandise company, where she oversaw a global licensing portfolio of more than 700 partners and was instrumental in negotiating agreements with major sports leagues and clubs that drove over $2 billion in sales. Before Fanatics, she spent fourteen years at the National Basketball Association, rising to Senior Vice President of Licensing and Business Affairs, where she shaped the NBA’s global licensing strategy and further built the league’s landmark brand partnerships.

Vicky began her career in law, first as a federal law clerk in Washington, DC at the Court of Federal Claims and then as Associate in the Litigation group at Proskauer Rose, focusing on complex commercial contract disputes and at Blumenthal & Lynne, where she handled matters across securities, litigation, real estate, and commercial law. She holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. from Duke University. A recognized industry leader, Vicky was named to Sports Business Journal’s Game Changers list in 2015. She brings to the boardroom a rare combination of legal acumen, deep licensing and IP expertise, brand-building experience, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth at scale.
