Valeria Talve is the founder of The FITIZENS, an invite-only community rooted in movement, meaningful connection, personal growth, and giving back. A breast cancer survivor, wellness advocate, and creator of BAILA with Val, Valeria has transformed her own experience with cancer into a mission to help women feel supported, connected, and less alone.

Through The FITIZENS, she brings women together through intentional gatherings, movement experiences, conversations, and community partnerships designed to create genuine belonging while giving back. A portion of FITIZENS gatherings supports The FITIZENS Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting women 45 and under impacted by breast cancer and breast cancer wellness initiatives.

Valeria also uses her platform to advocate for early detection, survivorship, and the role movement, community, and emotional well-being can play throughout treatment and recovery. Through BAILA with Val, her rhythm-based movement practice, she creates space for women to reconnect with their bodies through strength, music, movement, and release.

At the heart of everything Valeria creates is a simple belief: movement can be medicine, connection can be healing, and our hardest experiences can become a way to make the road a little easier for someone else.
