Randi Lehrman is a seasoned attorney, entrepreneur, and community connector with more than 35 years of legal experience. She is a partner at Shaub, Ahmuty, Citrin & Spratt, LLP (sacslaw.com), where she focuses on healthcare and medical negligence litigation, representing physicians, hospitals, and nursing homes in complex, high exposure matters throughout New York and Connecticut.
Earlier in her career, Randi spent nearly a decade representing individuals and families navigating matters involving long-term care, many of whom were affected by Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. That experience provided her with a firsthand understanding of the legal, emotional, and practical challenges faced by patients and their families—an understanding that continues to shape her commitment to advocacy, education, and support.
In addition to her healthcare litigation practice, Randi is a partner at Saluck, Halper & Lehrman, an employment law firm, and is the co-owner and co-founder of Gold Coast Connect (goldcoastconnect.com), a premier networking and business development organization she launched more than a decade ago in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
As a member of Caringkind’s 100 Women of Impact, Randi brings a unique combination of legal expertise, business leadership, and compassionate perspective. She is committed to helping raise awareness of Alzheimer’s disease, supporting caregivers and families navigating its challenges, and contributing her experience to initiatives that create meaningful impact in the community.
