Lee Evans Lee

Founder, Mrs Momma Bear

As a fifth-generation rancher from West Texas, Lee Evans Lee embodies the “work hard, play hard” mentality. Currently based in San Antonio and Aspen, Lee’s daily style finds her switching between comfort for ranch life and upscale elegance for both work and play. She grew tired of dealing with multiple daily wardrobe changes and sacrificing style for function, and decided it was time to create something new.

With a passion for textiles and design, Lee created Mrs Momma Bear, revolutionizing everyday apparel with a unique blend of designer style, activewear comfort, and machine-washable convenience. Her vision is to empower others to take on whatever life brings with confidence and comfort, without compromising on style or elegance.

Lee is deeply committed to giving back, integrating charitable initiatives into her work and ensuring that Mrs Momma Bear Workwear is a force for positive change in the community.

About Nominations
100 Women of Impact is a curated national movement with a limited number of seats. Nominations are welcomed and encouraged; however, submission of a nomination does not guarantee acceptance into the movement.

All nominations are reviewed thoughtfully through a vetting process that considers alignment with the mission, values, and leadership posture of 100 Women of Impact, as well as current capacity. Because this is an intentionally curated movement, not all nominees will be invited to join. We are grateful for every nomination and for the care taken in putting names forward.
