Kathleen Benevento is the Executive Director of Navigation at Waveny LifeCare Network, where she brings over 20 years of experience across various sectors of the healthcare industry. Her extensive background spans pharmaceuticals, durable medical equipment, homecare services, telemedicine and dementia care. A passionate advocate for quality of life, Kathleen has dedicated her career to launching high-impact programs, including her recent role as Executive Director of the Telemedicine Program and her current leadership of the Navigator Program at Waveny.  As a Certified Dementia Professional, Kathleen works directly with families to provide vital education, support, guidance, and care coordination. Her strategic leadership is defined by a deep commitment to “aging in place,” paired with specialized expertise in business development, process improvement, and client relationship management. Most recently, she completed professional training in embracing dementia inclusion and Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach to Care (PAC), further enhancing her ability to provide compassionate, person-centered support.
