Julieta Francos is a learning and development professional, entrepreneur and passionate advocate for brain health and emotional well-being. For more than fifteen years, she built a career designing and leading learning and leadership development initiatives across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific, helping individuals and organizations grow through the power of learning, connection, and human potential. Throughout her career, one belief remained constant: people thrive when they feel seen, supported, and connected to a greater sense of purpose.

That belief ultimately led Julieta to dedicate her work to Evergreen Daytime Senior Care, an organization focused on enriching the lives of individuals with cognitive impairment while providing respite and support for caregivers. Every day, she witnesses the profound impact that meaningful engagement, social connection, and compassionate care can have on individuals and families navigating cognitive decline. Julieta is committed to advancing awareness of brain health, promoting dignity and inclusion for those living with cognitive challenges, and helping create spaces and communities where emotional well-being and human connection are valued at every stage of aging.
