Jennifer Werely, MD is a board-certified neurologist who has dedicated her career to caring for patients with neurological disorders, including Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. As founder of the Neurology and Headache Center of Greenwich, she has spent years guiding patients and their families through some of life’s most challenging diagnoses with compassion, expertise, and a deep commitment to preserving dignity and quality of life.

Dr. Werely believes that exceptional dementia care extends beyond medical treatment. She is passionate about educating families, supporting caregivers, and advocating for greater awareness, earlier diagnosis, and access to compassionate, evidence-based care. Throughout her career, she has worked to ensure that patients and their loved ones feel informed and supported throughout their journey.

In addition to her medical practice, Dr. Werely serves on the Stamford Board of Education, where she believes that strong, healthy communities are built through collaboration, education, and service.
