Jennifer de Klaver is a brand builder, serial entrepreneur, and abstract expressionist artist whose work lives at the intersection of beauty, creativity, and intentional living. The daughter of a painter, Jennifer grew up between the US and Belgium — a childhood of travel and cultural curiosity that shaped how she sees beauty and the world. She went on to study business at the University of Washington, and design at Parsons – and spent 20+ years leading creative teams at some of the most beloved lifestyle brands in North America, including Target, west elm, and Indigo.

In 2019, Jennifer left behind the pressures of big-brand success to pursue something deeper — a life rooted in nature, art, and healing. Drawn to holistic living, she co-founded Figaro Apothecary, a luxury botanical skincare brand born from a shared love of botanicals, art, frequency, and the healing power of plants. The brand has since been featured in Hamptons Magazine, T Magazine, and Men’s Health, and found its home in destination spas including ONDA Beauty and the Chelsea Hotel Spa.

She believes brain health isn’t separate from the rest of life — it lives in the morning rituals, the movement, the time in nature, the moments of genuine connection. The small choices that bring us back to ourselves. That belief is both personal and practiced.

Jennifer lives, paints, and creates in Southampton and New York City. Her solo exhibitions include shows at Sotheby’s and The Highline Loft.

About Nominations
100 Women of Impact is a curated national movement with a limited number of seats. Nominations are welcomed and encouraged; however, submission of a nomination does not guarantee acceptance into the movement.

All nominations are reviewed thoughtfully through a vetting process that considers alignment with the mission, values, and leadership posture of 100 Women of Impact, as well as current capacity. Because this is an intentionally curated movement, not all nominees will be invited to join. We are grateful for every nomination and for the care taken in putting names forward.
