Harriette Cole works on two sides of storytelling–teaching people how to tell their stories and telling stories of triumph about others. Cole, a celebrated coach and best-selling author of 7 books about how to live a great life, has empowered entertainers, entrepreneurs, professionals and students for more than 30 years. She founded Dreamleapers in 2016 to help people achieve their dreams and hosts the radio show and podcast, Dreamleapers with Harriette Cole as well as Dreamleapers Inspiration. A former editorial leader at Essence, Uptown, and Ebony magazines, Harriette produced the online podcast Real Conversations with AARP for four years. Cole is an adjunct professor at F.I.T. And she serves on the board of the international charity PRASAD. A proud Howard alumna, Cole is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a wife and a mother of a recent college graduate.

About Nominations
100 Women of Impact is a curated national movement with a limited number of seats. Nominations are welcomed and encouraged; however, submission of a nomination does not guarantee acceptance into the movement.

All nominations are reviewed thoughtfully through a vetting process that considers alignment with the mission, values, and leadership posture of 100 Women of Impact, as well as current capacity. Because this is an intentionally curated movement, not all nominees will be invited to join. We are grateful for every nomination and for the care taken in putting names forward.
