With more than 25 years of experience as a Licensed Master Social Worker and Geriatric Care Manager, she has dedicated her career to navigating the complex challenges of dementia across inpatient clinical and community-based settings throughout New York City. Through this frontline work with individuals and families, she has witnessed firsthand the profound impact of cognitive loss and the critical gaps that exist within our healthcare system.

Guided by the belief that all people deserve to live with dignity, choice, and access to education, medical care, and supportive services, she’s the co-founder of The Care Collective, a nursing and care management company designed to meet those needs. The organization was built to provide comprehensive, person-centered support for individuals living with cognitive decline and those who care for them.

Driven by the conviction that today’s challenges can inform tomorrow’s solutions, she is committed to advancing more compassionate, informed approaches to brain health across the lifespan. She is proud to continue her advocacy alongside CaringKind to deepen understanding, expand pathways to care, and ensure that people impacted by dementia receive the support they need to live well.

About Nominations
100 Women of Impact is a curated national movement with a limited number of seats. Nominations are welcomed and encouraged; however, submission of a nomination does not guarantee acceptance into the movement.

All nominations are reviewed thoughtfully through a vetting process that considers alignment with the mission, values, and leadership posture of 100 Women of Impact, as well as current capacity. Because this is an intentionally curated movement, not all nominees will be invited to join. We are grateful for every nomination and for the care taken in putting names forward.
