Back to Nashville

Cami Stoddard is an entrepreneur and wellness advocate who has called Nashville home for more than two decades. Her passion for health and longevity is deeply personal: her mother was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s at just 55 years old and died from the disease at 69. That experience profoundly shaped Cami’s interest in brain health and in the ways movement, nutrition, and lifestyle can support health across a lifetime.

Cami is now bringing that passion to her next chapter as co-owner and Operating Principal of Nashville’s first Tracy Anderson studio. The method’s constantly evolving choreography and focus on creating new movement patterns particularly resonate with Cami and her commitment to lifelong brain and body health.

Through 100 Women of Impact, Cami hopes to honor her mother’s legacy by helping elevate the conversation around women’s brain health and empowering women to take a proactive role in their health for generations to come.
