Allison Wiencek is VP of Pharmacy Operations at Connecticut Pharmacy, where she has spent over 15 years as a pharmacist supporting patients and their families living at home, in assisted living/memory care communities, and during end-of-life hospice care across Connecticut and New York. As a long-term care pharmacist, her work spans medication packaging for safer, more efficient administration by nursing staff and caregivers; monthly medication regimen reviews to identify potential side effects or harmful drug combinations; insurance coordination; emergency and after-hours pharmacist support; and medication reconciliation for patients returning from the hospital to help prevent avoidable readmissions.

Her work centers on compassionate, patient-first care that helps other healthcare professionals and families navigate some of life’s most challenging moments with confidence. Allison is a proud wife and mother of two girls, and lives in Connecticut.
