Aleksandra Kardwell is the founder of Hamptons Employment Agency and an experienced domestic staffing expert who has placed hundreds of professionals and managed staffing for large Hamptons estates, including a team of 30+ seasonal staff. She holds a B.A. in Finance and Banking, earned a certificate in Hotel and Resort Management, and completed a Columbia Business School Executive Education leadership program. A published author and active community leader, she is a former President of the Southampton Rotary Club and supports several local charitable organizations.
