Kim Lenar-Ehrhardt is the founder of The Hyve Hamptons, a fast-growing community of female entrepreneurs and creatives on the East End, known for its energy, connection, and women championing one another. A former TV producer from Germany turned Sag Harbor local, Kim has made it her mission to build spaces where women thrive together—whether at buzzing Hyve Breakfast Clubs, intimate networking nights, or through her podcast Hamptons Hustle & Heart.

Recently honored with the Power Women of the East End Award, Kim brings both grit and humor to everything she does. She’s as likely to be found hyping up other women on stage as she is chasing after her two young boys at the beach. Above all, Kim believes in the power of community—because when women support each other, everyone wins.

About Nominations

100 Women of Impact is a curated national movement with a limited number of seats. Nominations are welcomed and encouraged; however, submission of a nomination does not guarantee acceptance into the movement.

All nominations are reviewed thoughtfully through a vetting process that considers alignment with the mission, values, and leadership posture of 100 Women of Impact, as well as current capacity.
