Lisa Roberts, M.Phil. is a culinary archaeologist, chef, and consultant whose work bridges ancient food wisdom with cutting-edge nutritional science. Her integrative approach focuses on gut, brain, heart, hormonal, and emotional wellbeing. Lisa’s support of CaringKind NYC is fostered by her own personal experience of her mother’s memory loss. Through her steadfast commitment to education and nutritional guidance, she continues to empower others to reduce the risk of cognitive decline and cultivate lasting wellbeing. 

Holding degrees from Oxford, Tufts, and the French Culinary Institute, Lisa lectures at Stanford and NYU and serves as a Guest Expert at Canyon Ranch. 

In her private practice, Lisa develops bespoke lifestyle interventions to help clients rebuild and restore balance. Philanthropy is central to her life’s work; she proudly supports CaringKind NYC, the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women, the Live4Life Foundation, the NYC Department of Education, and the United Nations’ Global Young Leaders’ Academy. Her work has been featured in The Purist, NASDAQ, and The Huffington Post.
