Lisa Baronoff is the Founder and CEO of Walkee Paws, the first-ever dog boot legging designed to solve the problem of dog boots that fall off. Featured on Shark Tank in 2021, Walkee Paws created a brand-new niche in the pet apparel industry — the “dog suspender boot.” Prior to founding Walkee Paws, Lisa built a proven track record of identifying both mass and niche market opportunities and launching successful consumer products while working with world-renowned companies such as Revlon, Mattel, and Sara Lee Hosiery.

About Nominations
100 Women of Impact is a curated national movement with a limited number of seats. Nominations are welcomed and encouraged; however, submission of a nomination does not guarantee acceptance into the movement.

All nominations are reviewed thoughtfully through a vetting process that considers alignment with the mission, values, and leadership posture of 100 Women of Impact, as well as current capacity. Because this is an intentionally curated movement, not all nominees will be invited to join. We are grateful for every nomination and for the care taken in putting names forward.
