Kevelyn Guzman

Regional Vice President

Throughout her tenure, Kevelyn has played a key role in spearheading transformative initiatives and cultivating strategic partnerships, including leading the company through its pivotal 2021 acquisition by Coldwell Banker.

She has disrupted the traditional brokerage model by viewing agents as clients. She constantly seeks innovative ways to empower them for long-term success in the competitive Manhattan real estate market. She is known for tackling communication challenges, introducing cutting-edge technology platforms, and bridging the gap between older and younger generations of agents. Kevelyn’s keen ability to identify strengths in individuals and place them in roles where they can thrive has earned her a reputation as an inspirational leader.

Kevelyn’s leadership style fosters a supportive and fun work environment with an open-door policy that encourages employees at all levels to seek her advice, whether about work or personal matters. Her practical wisdom and honest guidance have been invaluable to many, driving them to do better and excel in their roles. Kevelyn also launched the New York City Committee of What Moves Her, a women’s advocacy initiative, to further elevate Coldwell Banker Warburg’s positive impact. She has been named one of Diversity Journal’s Women Worth Watching for 2024, a Crain’s New York Business 2024 Notable Real Estate Leader, and one of 2024’s HousingWire Women of Influence. She has been recognized as a RISMedia Newsmaker Recipient two years in a row—2024 & 2025. Most recently, Kevelyn was named a 2025 Inman Power Player winner, and you can read her real estate industry insights on Inman, where she is a regular contributor.

About Nominations
100 Women of Impact is a curated national movement with a limited number of seats. Nominations are welcomed and encouraged; however, submission of a nomination does not guarantee acceptance into the movement.

All nominations are reviewed thoughtfully through a vetting process that considers alignment with the mission, values, and leadership posture of 100 Women of Impact, as well as current capacity. Because this is an intentionally curated movement, not all nominees will be invited to join. We are grateful for every nomination and for the care taken in putting names forward.
