Jennifer Kiefer

Jennie Kiefer launched her first business at just 23, setting the foundation for a career built on grit, vision, and reinvention. She went on to make her mark in luxury fashion and consulting before stepping into her current role as COO of Gotham Gym, where she leads from the front and drives the growth of one of the most iconic boxing and lifestyle brands in New York, Miami, and the Hamptons.

Specializing in change management, Jennie thrives in moments of transition—transforming challenges into opportunity and building strong, resilient teams. Beyond the boardroom, she has led wellness missions in Africa and Nepal, bringing healthy habits and fitness education to underserved communities around the world.

Resilient, relentless, and impact-driven, Jennie embodies what it means to create change: start first, lead boldly, and bring others with you

About Nominations
100 Women of Impact is a curated national movement with a limited number of seats. Nominations are welcomed and encouraged; however, submission of a nomination does not guarantee acceptance into the movement.

All nominations are reviewed thoughtfully through a vetting process that considers alignment with the mission, values, and leadership posture of 100 Women of Impact, as well as current capacity. Because this is an intentionally curated movement, not all nominees will be invited to join. We are grateful for every nomination and for the care taken in putting names forward.
