Grace-Marie Horan is a Life & Health broker and owner of Senior Health Plan Specialists, an agency specializing in Medicare and guiding seniors through their coverage options. Known as “The Medicare Whisperer” ® for her 12+ years of experience, she provides clients with caring, cost-effective solutions. Author of Don’t Be Medicare-less! (Spring 2026), she offers education and guidance on Medicare and navigating the senior years. Grace-Marie also serves on the board of Alzheimer’s Disease Resource Center, supporting its mission to assist Long Island residents and families affected by Alzheimer’s and dementia, a cause she passionately champions.
