Esther Blair Schiffman

Esther Blair Schiffman is dedicated to empowering others and raising awareness about brain health. With a background in advertising, social media, fashion, and design, she is passionate about the importance of supporting one another through dark times and sharing meaningful stories. Her initiatives have organically fostered supportive communities, deeply rooted in her personal experiences.

Esther’s journey has been profoundly influenced by her mother, Abbe K. Schiffman, who battled illness for over 16 years and passed away in April, touching the hearts of many. Through this journey, Esther learned the vital importance of nurturing the mind for overall well-being. By sharing her story, she emphasizes the significance of prioritizing wellness, community, and health.

She believes that we can foster resilience and empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives through connection and mutual support. Bringing light to darkness, Esther reminds us to always focus on our mind, body, and soul while lifting each other up and leading with kindness.

About Nominations
100 Women of Impact is a curated national movement with a limited number of seats. Nominations are welcomed and encouraged; however, submission of a nomination does not guarantee acceptance into the movement.

All nominations are reviewed thoughtfully through a vetting process that considers alignment with the mission, values, and leadership posture of 100 Women of Impact, as well as current capacity. Because this is an intentionally curated movement, not all nominees will be invited to join. We are grateful for every nomination and for the care taken in putting names forward.
