Claudia Romo Edelman is a social entrepreneur, global activist, and inspirational speaker. She is the Founder and CEO of We Are All Human and Hispanic Star. A former UN and UNICEF executive, she played a key role in launching the Sustainable Development Goals, SDG Lions, and (Product) RED. She hosts A LA LATINA podcast, has authored multiple books, and speaks at Google, Amazon, and top institutions. Named one of TIME’s 17 Top Latino Leaders of 2024 and one of People Magazine’s “25 Poderosas” in 2025, she serves on several nonprofit boards and is launching a family Sotol business. Claudia speaks six languages and enjoys sports with her husband and time with her two children.

100 Women of Impact is a curated national movement with a limited number of seats. Nominations are welcomed and encouraged; however, submission of a nomination does not guarantee acceptance into the movement.

All nominations are reviewed thoughtfully through a vetting process that considers alignment with the mission, values, and leadership posture of 100 Women of Impact, as well as current capacity. Because this is an intentionally curated movement, not all nominees will be invited to join. We are grateful for every nomination and for the care taken in putting names forward.
