Ashlee White

My fight for a cure for Alzheimer’s is deeply personal. I lost my mom, my best friend and soulmate, to this heartbreaking disease in 2019. From the moment she was diagnosed until her final day, I never left her side. I witnessed firsthand how Alzheimer’s slowly steals memories but never love. Even when she could no longer say my name, I know she still felt my heart — she knew I was someone special to her. That bond, unbroken even through confusion, taught me what true love and devotion mean. I miss her every second, and everything I do in this cause is in her honor. My mission is to raise awareness, bring hope, and fight for a future where no family has to endure what we did. For my mom, and for everyone still fighting, I’ll never stop until there’s a cure.

About Nominations
100 Women of Impact is a curated national movement with a limited number of seats. Nominations are welcomed and encouraged; however, submission of a nomination does not guarantee acceptance into the movement.

All nominations are reviewed thoughtfully through a vetting process that considers alignment with the mission, values, and leadership posture of 100 Women of Impact, as well as current capacity. Because this is an intentionally curated movement, not all nominees will be invited to join. We are grateful for every nomination and for the care taken in putting names forward.
